A true Southerner – now an Oak Island Resident!

I am a Winston Salem transplant who decided in 2002 to turn the vacation home into a permanent residence - with NO REGRETS!!!

With a background in healthcare accounting & finance, my number crunching skills are beneficial to this world of real estate.

Neva Cardwell was an absolute joy to work with and we are lucky to have had the opportunity to buy our second home at the beach with her help.
