A true Southerner – now an Oak Island Resident!

I am a Winston Salem transplant who decided in 2002 to turn the vacation home into a permanent residence - with NO REGRETS!!!

With a background in healthcare accounting & finance, my number crunching skills are beneficial to this world of real estate.

I have done 10 different real estate transactions in my life . Three were with Neva. She was the best realtor I ever used. Extremely responsive and willing to go above and beyond in her service to me. Any minute detail she took care of. She volunteered to do such things as have the locks changed after I purchased a home, because I did not live in the area and I wanted the house to be secure. I'm a tough grader but in my book she deserves an A+!
